 Returns

You have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Returned items must:

* Be unused.

* Be unopened where hygiene or safety is affected.

* Be in their original packaging.

* Include all accessories supplied.

Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been inspected.

Original delivery charges may not be refundable unless required by law.

* Used cosmetics.

* Opened skincare products.

* Opened haircare products.

* Opened body care products.

* Products damaged through misuse.

* Items marked as non-returnable.
